ARE YOU BLEEPING KIDDING ME!?!? Get on the scale with me. Seriously. Call my doctor. My chiropractor even has a record of my weight. Don't you know that black is slimming?
This is not the first time in my life I've been this size. When I was in 8th grade, we'd been moving every few months and the food was never healthy. I actually think I'm a little bigger now than I was then. Freshman year of high school, I was a size 14. By the end of that year, I was a size 10. Freshman year of college, I was a size 5. Stress does awful things to your body.
I wish, then, that I had the mind to run and work out on a regular basis. Now, I was in the AFROTC, and I weighed 119 pounds, two pounds more than their minimum for my BMI. And I could not do pushups correctly, and I couldn't pound out more than ten situps. I couldn't run. I was out of shape, but I was tiny. I do miss that body, but I never felt good. And I was depressed.
Funny what good food and happiness will do to your waistline, eh? :)
September 2006, size 5
This size ON MY OWN TERMS
I feel pain, Woman. I lost 74 lbs and changed all my old habits. I work out 4-6 times a week both aerobic and yoga...I eat healthier and at the age of 50 feel better than I did at 30. You keep it up. I'm rooting for you:-)
