long time...

So I'm still noticing more changes in my appearance. But the scale says I'm still at 191. It's incredibly frustrating. P90X is difficult, too, and to keep up with every day. I skipped two days last week, work is getting the better of me.

I'm thinking about starting the Sassy water diet, just adding it to how I'm already dieting. I didn't want to pay the fees to "buy" the Flat Belly Diet... it seems to be what people are raving about.

I know that I can't lose the belly fat if I only build muscle. But muscle helps burn fat faster. My core is weak, too. I'm also thinking about upping my Cardio, maybe adding the Cardio X routine two or three times a week.

AND I AM HUNGRY!!

  1. Fuck the scale. Throw it away. You're losing fat and gaining muscle, and it must be more of the first if you still weigh "the same".

    Use your mirror and good judgement to find the "size" that is right for you. You'll know it when you feel healthy. Don't worry about the numbers.
