I always feel taller

More tall? Taller? Idk...

I always feel a little taller, more statuesque after a bit of yoga.

Breakfast was a shake and a banana. Yesterday's lunch was a pot pie and a brownie, dinner was two salmon rolls and later two pieces of salmon nigiri and a bowl of fried rice.

5 minute warm up + 10 minute brisk jog + 10 minute hula hoop + 5 minute cool down + 10 minute yoga
with stretching all throughout!!!

I think all this exercise is raising my body temperature, it's always too hot at night to sleep! And I froze all the time.

I have to say, I am more than a little jealous of my counterparts who are losing weight faster than I am. I'm still at 191. Keeping my diet strict is difficult with my job, though. I truly love Spicy California rolls, but maybe I should be cutting out some mayo from my diet, too? I'm trying to eat more salmon to get more protein in my body. What do you think?

My Vibram Five Fingers shoes should come in today!!! And I fully plan on taking it slow with those... and not running in them for a very very long time... I don't want to injure my feetsies :)

I would actually try reducing your carb intake. Don't cut it out, obviously, as you're working out and need the carbs. But maybe go half-and-half on the fried rice, replace some with quinoa. It might not work for you but again, it might!
