Got up at 9 without an alarm! When I was younger, it didn't matter what time zone I was in or how late I stayed up, I would get up right at 9 am.
I think I may need to bump up my aerobics... my biceps are getting bigger but they feel suffocated or constricted. I think it may be that there's still a lot of fat left on my arms.
5 minute warm up + 10 minute jog + 5 minute cool down + 20 minute yoga
Lighter work out today, Husband has to do his homework so I couldn't be on the big TV that long. (Our main computer is hooked up to the big screen, and so is the Wii.)
Breakfast was a shake, vitamins went down well today.
Lunch today was half a box of spiral macaroni. I made the whole box, and I usually eat the whole box, but half way through, I wasn't that hungry.
Lunch yesterday was a DiGiorno thin crust pizza, and I had the left overs for dinner. I had some baked chicken later.

ReplyDeleteI was able to wear a T-shirt today that was waaaaaay too tight after I gained weight last year.... And my jeans are almooooost fitting perfectly again!
I'm going to a hooping workshop in a couple weeks to learn the ways of the hoop. I love my zumba class but can't always make it and the tapes are outrageously expensive. I owe my present success to my accountability coach and sister, Cindy. She's in Florida so we do it cross-country.
Wish we had a fitness ministry at Crossroads: hooping, zumba, yoga (not the other kind), aerobics (absolutely NO Richard Simmons!), running, walking, accountability teams, nutrition. It could be a real service to the community too.

I suppose that's something I could start. I know there's a weight watchers group that meets at the church, but I'm not sure how involved they are...
