I'M BAAAACK

Sorry, readers, I needed to take a break and deal with my attitude about losing weight. It's frustrating when I see other gals losing weight and getting healthy ... and not to mention the tiny little things I see everywhere... and my stumbling block is food!  Not so much bad food, or that I eat too much, it's more that I feel like I'm gaining more weight just by eating anything.

I started eating more sashimi at work, that's fish sans rice, and trying to avoid eating anything else throughout the day. I have my power bars, and I have bananas and pears that I can snack on, too. And I feel like I'm getting behind by having a rest day.

So, April 1st will mark the beginning of P90X fitness and nutrition. (I just have to find the nutrition guide.) I've done good so far this month not buying anything unnecessary, so we can save money... and that's why I'm starting 4/1, I don't have the pull-up bar for workouts yet. My goal is to be a size 10 by August 1, which is more realistic than a size 5. ( I want to be a size 5 by December 1.) Now, I realized AFTER we made the pact to do the P90X system that 90 days means July 1st not August 1st... but I guess that gives us the challenge of maintaining the weightloss and tone :)

yesterday I did about an hour of yoga.
The day before, I did not do anything.
Monday, I went to hang out and do PILATES with Autumn D. We ran outside in the rain...well, we mostly walked, but there was some jogging!
Sunday, I got no sleep, went to first service with my husband and then took a nap.
Saturday, I did not work out before work.
Friday, I had to be at work at 11:00 for training, I think I did a little warm up run.

I haven't touched the wiiFit since Friday, I'm not very happy with it's judgemental, chipper little voice. It's still saying "that's obese" when I weigh in. Not very encouraging. Thanks, Nintendo.
