ONE HOUR of P90X
my first hour of action. Yesterday was my "first day," I started it this way so that I could have Sunday as my day of rest, as our God intended. There is an option to add a stretch routine in, too.
Now I'm not going full tilt yet. I'm not strong enough. And that's okay. As long as I keep this up, I'll be strong enough in 90 days to kick some serious booty. Not that I will. It's a power thing. lol
Half way through the work out, I broke a resistance band. I guess I get what I pay for, but there was no warning label about stretch length on the packaging. I might have to just pick up extra freeweights or something.
I have a welt on my tummy and it HURTS!
Generally, you don't want to stretch bands more than twice their original length. A resistance tube would be less likely to break, but the same rule applies. I've never seen a tube break; on the other hand, resistance bands will snap once they get a little cut on then.
